My approach is about the decent Confronting the darkness. I do not believe putting a sparkly bandaid over ones pain is going to heal anything.

What I have seen time and time again from issues as tough as heroin Addiction, to someone who just  needs to gain confidence is the way out is in.




Speaking directly to the root cause AKA the Shadows the fragmented parts of ones self  that one denys,surpresses, rejects keeps pushed down or ignores.

We all have things that's happen to us. We all have not so proud moments but your inner child has gotten you this far you owe it to yourself to take back your power heal and love your whole self.

Authentic transformation begins when you're aware of your fragmented self and acknowledge the parts that need love, attention forgiveness, praise and integrate the whole self.
